    sounds like a pretty good work out! the only thing I see wrong is the stopping to edo other excerses while doing cardio, you should attempt to keep the heart rate at a constant 80% stopping to do something else could slow that heart rate down and then it has to pick up again. as far as muscle growth sometimes the muscles need to be “shocked ” in to growth so once a week use a little heavier resistance to get those muscle to pay attention.
