    @manxxx95 When I started, I could only do 2 (pathetic for me). Now 6 weeks into the program, I can do 8, take a break and then do another 4. Not bad, for me. You actually build up to it with many of the other exercises you’ll be doing, in addition to the pull-ups.

    There are a lot more 16 year olds (like myself) than I thought. Im only doing P90X to get bigger and ripped. Im at 145 right now and hope to be around 155-160 when Im done. I can also do about 25-30 pullups at a time. And I can run a 4.6 sec. 40 yard dash. So Im hoping to get bigger and drop that time by a couple tenths. I encourage EVERYONE who is looking to be in better shape to try P90X.

    @steelers4life34 Im 16 too and im 170 lbs though 19 pull ups but im 6’3, if I was shorter I could probably do more. Anyway im doing P90X over the summer, best of luck to you.

    Bobbi

    I am 16 and 160 lbs. and i can do like 17 pull-ups but im going to be starting the P90X workout pretty soon, so i hope i get substantial results. I really want this because I am on the Raiders team in Jrotc at my school and one of the events in the competitons are pull-ups.

    @jonnyboy531

    Why do nobody tell johnnyboy531 to start at the top of a pull up, and slowly let yourself down. It works all the muscles as a pull up but it’s easier.

    Pause mid way through a ‘pull down’ and hold it if you can.

  25. Ines says:

    Cecile

    Good luck bro!
