Yea I just saw that in a Bar-Barians video, but don&#039;t remember which one. I&#039;m pretty sure it was after a muscle-up more from a support than a kipping pullup, but it looked cool as hell. Yeah, I need to start doing these more anyway, I&#039;ll try it next time and post a video if I get it.</description>
