I’ve only recently tried kipping pullups like they do in CrossFit workouts and I was surprised at what kinda height you can get over the bar. I saw a video of a CrossFitter doing kip-pullups clapping over the bar and I tried to put a spin on it to make it more fun and challenging. Also, you can see at the end of the first set I started wondering if you could do a kip pullup and have time to 360 before the regrab, still working on that one.

All Your moves are really nice, because of the core control you have,make things looks easy,your 1 arm pull ups are so clean.

im 6 7″ almost 200 lbs and i can do that easily…. just dont hold so wide a grip to the bar.

Yea I just saw that in a Bar-Barians video, but don’t remember which one. I’m pretty sure it was after a muscle-up more from a support than a kipping pullup, but it looked cool as hell. Yeah, I need to start doing these more anyway, I’ll try it next time and post a video if I get it.
