5A solid Pull-Up Station

Body Champ Power Tower is one of the best around! I looked around for assorted months and ultimately found this one at a local Academy Sports and Outdoors for $100!! Best quality and price, can’t beat it! I knew I wanted to test it out in person to make sure it was sturdy sufficient to not shake while performing pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips, which it was.. One of the best pieces of instrumentation I own. Performing body weight excersises are a great deal of of the most difficult to do and I am noticing more soreness/growth with body weight + weight workouts rather then weights alone.
This was also very easy to put together, possibly an hour?
I likewise like that the pull-up bar is opposite from the dip station, so when you are performing pull-ups the dip station doesn’t get in the way.. good luck!

Find a bar that is height-adjustable in a lot of manner.  The bars in a Smith Machine or a Power Rack are good.  Position the bar at your neck level.  Grab hold of the bar and swing your feet under it so that you are hanging on to the bar with your hands and your feet are in front of you on the ground.  Now, pull your upper body up to the bar and lower yourself down.  Repeat in sets of five.  After this becomes easy, lower the bar and continue.  Eventually, you may even elevate your feet. 

These two exercises will get you on your way to the ripped upper body you want and your original chinup.  Remember, this motion is a great exercise because it works prominent muscles in your body that not only aid you feel strong, but also make you look good.  These workouts, with a few modifications, may effortlessly be done in the ease of your own home.

    I got the pullup bar about a month ago, then I could barely do 3. Now I can do 8 but just a few days ago started feeling pain in my left shoulder. I never stretch before though which is probably why.
