when you can do 15 slow and right pull ups ..than it´s better than 53 of this pull ups
i been working out for about 4-5 years i think.. so it just takes time to get big.. its not gunna happen over night unless your roiding. so put in the work and it pays off..
if you dnt mind me asking i would like to kno how long it took for u to see good size results from ur training and also ur training routine for chest and back
