    ehm just one thing he never couldn´t do 20 RIGTH and SLOW pull ups ..with that fast way he just throw his body into the air this is not very GOOD!!!
    when you can do 15 slow and right pull ups ..than it´s better than 53 of this pull ups

    i been working out for about 4-5 years i think.. so it just takes time to get big.. its not gunna happen over night unless your roiding. so put in the work and it pays off..

    You’re clairvoyant bro because I was just doing pullups and needed some inspiration and came across this vid. Okay, I’m gonna go back and try some more. How long did it take for you to master pullups because I’ve always struggled with them. I can do deadlifts but not pullups.
