Protects floors while still rolling smooth! By Rad Geller I purchased this set of wheels, along with another set that was more expensive. To my surprise, these less highpriced wheels roll much smoother and seem to be built better overall. If you’re looking for polyurethane wheels for your office chair, do not overlook these thinking that the low price of $12 equates to lesser quality. The only thing else to mention is that they came in a pack of 5, not 6 as is identified in the item title.

Good Value By Terrence K. Wraight I purchased these wheels for my office chair after I put down hardwood flooring. Competing productions were almost double in price, but these wheels do not mark the floor and move with no problems or difficulties and quietly. Good Value!!

Cheap repair for a office chair By T. Chamberlain When one of our office chair wheels broke we didn’t want to buy a new chair when the one with the broken wheel was in splendid shape still. After a few minutes on Amazon we came throughout the ER Wagner wheel set. Arrived next day thanks to prime and had the chair back to normal in less than a minute. Saved us over $150 for a new chair.

@OMFGO
Well, you are some what right…it’s more about getting the technique down rather than lack of strength. But at the same time I was trying to get a strict muscle up without using momentum.
I hit my first one a couple days after this vid….check it out if you have time. It took me a few try’s, but I finally got it! Ha, ha….
Thanks for the comment.
Ike
You can do a pullup with 100lbs and can’t do a muscle up? Isn’t that kinda strange? Maybe you just need to get the timing and technique down for it?
Reid
@freejumptraining
Thanks bro – I appreciate that!

Your a beast Bretzerr, keep it up man!
Sophie
Randy, I know you do some simple but random workouts..thought you might try this bench routine I got off Blast Your Bench. 5 sets of 15 with 60 secs rest between..take off 15 lbs between sets – right now I am up to 260, 245, 230, 215, and 200. I’d rather eat glass than do this workout because it freakin kills by the 4th set and it takes about 10 min to recover – something I do maybe twice a month to help build my reps up..Try this sometime – when I first tried it I started with 225 first set

My friend (who is admittedly lighter then you) seems to get a real help from kipping into the muscle up. By kipping I mean using your legs to swing up for momentum. Some people would consider it cheating, but it could get you used to the movement and see what it feels like. It’s like an explosive pulling movement for your upper body. Maybe that would give you the edge you need? Another excellent lifting session, BTW. I just started Smolov for deadlifing. I will pull 515!
Jeannette
You are definitely special bro…….what time’s the short bus picking you up for work? Ha, ha…

Thanks Jared – I appreciate that.

This whole sentence you just wrote is gibberish. All I see is that you called me pretty boy. I am flattered and excited that you see that in me. I knew you looked sort of feminine, but to actually hear it out of your mouth is fantastic ***Winks at Randy***

Ernie
Thanks bro – I appreciate that. I am pulling to build strength, not to try and impress anyone…..so form is everything.

Thanks Nate. I appreciate that. It’s coming along slowly, but it’s fun….

Ha, ha….thanks man. It felt great to rep 3 plates like that (I have wanted to do that since I was a little kid).

Thanks for the great comments bro. Sounds like you are right there with me, which is awesome. You have me beat on 225 lbs and 275 lbs thus far….and I have you on the heavier weight…..so let’s keep pushing bro!
Keep in touch Barry!
Georgette
Thanks for the advice bro – I don’t do that often…just wanted to see if I could rattle off 10 reps with 3 plates that way.
I am using the bands for practice at the moment (for muscle ups), so we’ll see where it goes….I am also going to check YouTube for guys doing them to see if I can learn something regarding the technique, etc…
Meagan
It’s always on pretty boy…..you better get moving because the turtle is coming…..slow and steady bro….slow and steady….(you too Mark! Ha, ha…)
