Its okay By BCsencsits Not as well built as I had thought it would be. After getting it all together there is still a heap of “play” in the connections of pieces. I went back and tightened all the nuts again and there is still a little play with the tubing. I use it with caution and ALWAYS keep a foot in position ought to it all come down with me leading the way.

both item and marketer not as expected By Jennifer I purchased this item to go with the the P90X workout system, as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas. After purchasing this chin up bar, the P90X system, as well as a few other items to use with the P90X, I decisive to get him something else. I was capable to return everything else, to a potpourri of other sellers, with no problem. But I cannot figure out how to return this chin up bar to this seller. One of the reasons that I buy through Amazon is the comfortableness and ease-of-use. Yet this vender seems to have provided no way for clients to return items, and I can not even find a way to contact the seller. In addition, regarding a week after purchasing the chin up bar, I received an email asking to provide feedback in regards to the seller. Below is the email, verbatim (where it says “email address removed”, that was in the email and not my edit).
“By now, you may have my product for with regards to a week. I just want to say that I be grateful for you a whole lot. I recognise that there are always other choices out there but you chose to do business with me and I vow not to take that for granted. This is my personal email: [e-mail address removed] Feel free to contact me at anytime if you need me. I am just a one-girl-operation over here. I am on a mission to do as much as I perhaps may on my own in order to offer the lowest price and most eminent quality possible. How am I doing? When the economy turmoil hit, I felt it in my life (which I am sure it’s unfeigned for a great deal of people out there.) I lost my part-time occupation while my tuition increased by 30%. It was only a short time ago that I have been helplessly depressed. After month of personal struggle, applying for some part-time jobs and being denied, this is my last option to survive. I picked Yes4All merchandise because it’s the most eminent quality and lowest price on the market. However, because my earnings margin is so low, I may not stay in business unless I trade in high volumes. So here is where I reach out to you. If you think your buy is a great bang-for-the-buck, please (i) give me a feedback through Amazon, (ii) tell friends you think would gain from my product. Once again, thanks so much for helping with poor student/girl. Sincerely, Nina Nguyen”
After reading this email, and after being unable to figure out how to return the item or to contact the seller, I am beneath the impression that this is a scam.
A $20 chin up bar is not worth the hassle of attempting to contact Amazon with regards to this seller, so I decisive to keep it. Unlike the former reviewer (who I assume is just the seller), I was unimpressed when I opened the box. The amount of assemblage required for this product took me by surprise, as well as the cheapness of all the parts. Considering this is the most inexpensive chin up bar on Amazon, I will have to have expected as much. On the positive side, I did receive this product in the mail very promptly and in good condition. Assembly was fine and it works as expected.

Great product! By Xencer The assemblage for this item is very, very straight forward. The bar seems very sturdy and fits well in my 32″ doorway. I would unquestionably commend this to a friend! Also, use a 10mm socket to tighten the nuts. If you use a 3/8″ socket you will most likely strip it.

Being competent to do a 1 armed chin up is in all likelihood one of the most modern things that any athlete may try to master.
In fact, it may seem very daunting at first, however, with a great deal of time it genuinely isn’t impossible…It just takes galore exercise and some patience.
What I’d like to talk to you with regards to today is how you may learn to do the one armed chin up.
Obviously, it’ll probably be best if you have your own chin up bar, because you’re going to be doing a LOT of chin ups to get the strength necessary to do this exercise.
Ok, so you’ve got a chin up bar, the introductory thing that you need to do is just do chin ups. What you will have to in all probability do is for a week undertake and do 100 chin ups each day. They don’t have to be all at once, you may space them out nevertheless you want, but just get 100 done.
If you feel like you’re going to need more exercise than that, then carry on doing chin ups until you feel that you’ve mastered the movement.
Now what you’re going to do is go in front and starting adding weight to the exercise. Try and get a 25 pound dumbbell and hold it amid your legs and do a few chin ups with it.
As a standard rule of thumb, most people can’t do a 1 armed chin up until they may do at least 1 chin up with 100 pounds attached to their body…So this will have to be your goal to shoot for.
Again, this will take a great deal of time, but it is possible.
One other exercise that you will have to get started doing is an exercise called the gorilla hang…How it works is you’re going to grab onto your chin up bar, but with only one arm, and you plainly hang for as long as you can.
This is going to do a couple of things for you…Firstly, it’s going to increase grip strength, which is something that is a will have to when it comes to doing any sort of chin ups or pull ups.
Secondly, it’s going to get you employed to the sentiment of hanging from only 1 arm.
Once you feel that you’ve gotten your chin up gorgeous strong, then next step is to exercise the actual movement. What I suggest doing is getting a chair or something, and standing on it so that your chin is above the bar. Now grab onto the bar with only 1 hand, step off the chair, and lower yourself as tardily as possible.
At first, you probably will basically just be doing a controlled fall…But with exercise you may without apparent effort get to where you may control your descent.
Alright, now you just have to tie it all together. There is no set formula for this part, it’s dissimilar for dissimilar people, but just keep on attempting each day until you get it!
This actually isn’t a difficult process, it just takes time, and the capacity to stick with it to the end. Good luck!
