Crunches, sit ups and working out in standard is employed to beef up muscle and flexibility. It won’t support you lose fat. Another way to look at it is like your body is a giant slap of concrete and you are going to sculpt the perfective body out of it. First you need to chip away all the chunks that are you not going to need. This is where proper nutrition comes in. It will support you lose those chunks. Once you have annihilated all the excess, now you are ready to commence with the detailing; this is where crunches, sit ups and working out comes into play.

So you see, working backwards doesn’t help you out at all. Losing weight is not difficult to do and any individual may do it, now that you know how to in the right manner set when it comes to doing it.

    You have to consider nutrition too. Our body fat is an issue when it comes to ABS.

    Situps and crunches don’t help.

    no, doing cruches will NOT get you abs. i work as a personal trainer and i know that doing ab exercises ‘tone’ your abs and is not the best thing to do when trying to lose fat (which is what you need to get visible abs). basically, spot reduction of fat is not possible in human. you must try to lose fat all around . to do that, 2 things(to make it short): the right diet and cardio. try to consume not too much fat and do cardio often to burn off those fats!! i could go on to a whole essay on this but that is pretty much the basic idea. oh and exercising abs once a week is plenty(trust me, i do this for my own and many of my clients who have, have seen fantastic results)
