An Incredibly Insightful Gift……..God Knows You’re Grieving By Michael B To be rather honest……..I have in all probability had with regards to 30 years of un-resolved grief. For those of you whom are not intimate with that term, it does not mean that one cries daily and is downhearted everyday. It merely means that one has kind of taken on a sure blue state in their lives and closely looks at the world through a more or less blue perspective, but yet you are not clinically depressed.
In attempting to come to terms with un-resolved grief, (or, for those of you just experiencing your very original challenge of grief)………this book moves far beyond the typical ’5 stages of grief’ type books and plainly transcends those books, and takes the grief perspective to a totally new level of understanding.
I found this book fantastically easy to read, captivating, exceedingly thought provoking (in terms of me dealing with my own grief), and best of all……..helped me to understand a lot of things in regards to my own un-resolved grief, that are going to lead me to in the long run being competent to resolve a good deal of of the grief issues that I have carried with me since ’79.
Two major divergences this book made in my life (and believe you me, I have read galore a heap of books of all subjects in my lifetime at 55, and have never in truth taken away a book that is going to construct 2 major changes for me in my life that will help me to move forward):
1) I have learned to plainly ‘decide’ to move on. It is time. It sounds so simple, yet is not so simple as……..well, I’ll just move on. I may still cherish the memories of those losses for myself……….but it is time to let it go and to move on. For me that was fabulously insightful. I have always kept thinking that at numerous point in my life, my sorrow and loss would just kind of dwindle like a boat going down the river. At a great deal of point, you just can’t see it anymore………..but grief is not like that particularly. It morphs and changes and takes dissimilar shapes in your own life and personality. It just doesn’t go away, unless you deal with it in the right way and properly.
2) I am going to go to my local funeral home where all of my 30 years of sorrow, grief and loss have occured. In the past, I have had to take care of so numerous responsibilities in my losses, that I never even had time to just be alone and deal with my grief. I am going to make arrangements next time I am in my home town, to be alone in the chapel and to merely sit and look at the pictures of those losses, and be alone for with regards to an hour and to grant myself to in the long run mourn those losses without any responsibilities to any individual except myself.
I am moving on.
I am a bit dissapointed that when I pull up the ‘bestsellers’ for grief books that this one is not near the top at all.
Trust me, if you have unsolved grief issues, or are just starting your traveling with grief……….or if it has been a few years and things just don’t seem to be the same for you and you are a tad blue…….more than you think must be normal…………own this book…………I think it will veritably help you to better grasp the personal traveling that we are all on, at one point or another, and you too may write amazon.com and tell them what a great book this is for those of us whom are grieving.

Helped Validate My Feelings By D. Glasscock I actually enjoyed this book. The scripture references and the gorgeous proverbs used helped me to step back from my grief and look at it from a dissimilar perspective.
I highly commend this book, even if you do not believe in God.

Nope, they develop your pecs, your abs, your back, your shoulders, and your arms.
Push-ups are the greatest exercise invented. They do wonders for the entire upper body and trunk.

I found that you can get massive pecs from push-ups alone– I was jacked in junior high just from doing push ups. You want to do 3-5 sets per day, especially one right before you go to bed (if u can sleep after doing them). Per set, you want to do as many as you can, and after you reach your limit, do as many modified (knees on the ground) push-ups as possible. Doing push ups slower will build real muscle mass, while doing them super fast will create “muscles” that only last for that day and then shrink back to normal size.
As for abs, leg lifts are extremely effective while you cant go wrong with sit-ups as long as you entertain yourself while doing them. Dieting is absolutely essential for ripped abs. If you don’t change your diet, NO amount of sit ups or leg lifts will earn U a 6-pac

Works pecs definitely, not sure about abs. Anyway they are a good workout but remember that you need a good plan. Switching to new exercises, or ways of doing exercises about every 2 months is important
